Refund Policy

At Oasis, we have a no-refund policy. Once a purchase has been made, we are unable to issue a refund for any reason. This includes digital products, which are intangible and therefore cannot be returned. In the event that a duplicate purchase has been made, a refund may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
